We at The Rolleston Crown want you to have an enjoyable gastronomic experience!
To this end we cook from fresh local produce (where possible) and work with all our suppliers to ensure we get the best quality meat, fish, poultry and vegetables for your plate.
We prepare our menus daily.
Chef's Bio
Ross B has been presenting his exciting World cuisine in Ireland and the UK for over 15 years.
After formal training at a catering college located in a fishing village, he crafted his skill in the kitchens of some of the world's leading hotels and landmark hostelries. Ross B is well known in the Nottingham area where he has been exhibiting his skills and serving his customers' exquisite food dishes for many years now.

We have a young energetic team who are ready to serve you in a relaxed informal dining surroundings. If you have any speacial requests, do not hesitate to ask to speak with the floor manager. We look forward to serving you.
